  2. Booking and Scheduling: All bookings and scheduling are subject to availability. Boyd Transport reserves the right to adjust or reschedule deliveries based on operational requirements.
  3. Pricing and Payments: Our pricing is transparent and may vary based on the type of service, distance, and additional requirements. Payments are due in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
  4. Same-Day Delivery Order Timeframe: Same day delivery service orders must be placed on or before 11 am of the same day. Orders received after this time may be scheduled for the next available delivery slot.
  5. Waiting Charges: A waiting charge of 75 cents per minute will be applied for each additional minute of waiting time beyond the initial 10 minutes.
  6. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made within the specified time frame. Late cancellations may incur charges, and Boyd Transport reserves the right to enforce cancellation policies.
  7. Liability and Insurance: While every effort is made to ensure the safe and secure transportation of your cargo, Boyd Transport is not liable for unforeseen circumstances. It is advisable to inquire about insurance options for valuable shipments.
  8. Force Majeure: Boyd Transport is not responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
  9. Confidentiality: Any information shared with Boyd Transport, including business details and shipment specifics, will be treated with utmost confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
  10. Compliance with Laws: Clients must ensure that their shipments comply with all relevant local, state, and federal laws. Boyd Transport reserves the right to refuse service for any shipment that violates legal regulations.
  11. Feedback and Disputes: We value your feedback. In the event of a dispute, please contact our customer support team promptly. We are committed to resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
  12. Termination of Services: Boyd Transport reserves the right to terminate services for clients who violate terms and conditions or engage in any unlawful activities.
  13. Amendments: Boyd Transport may update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
